Ashwini Sivaganesh started her training at Tala Shruti in 2002, and completed her arangetram in 2014. During that period, she had the opportunity to perform at the annual shows of Tala Shruti, as well as at several temples and cultural associations. After her arangetram, Ashwini attended the University of Pittsburgh to complete her bachelor’s degree. Currently, she works in New York City, and has returned to Tala Shruti to learn more as well as to assist her guru. She hopes to be able to mentor the new generation of students at Tala Shruti.
